.ANNUAL MEMBERSHIP FORM – TO BE COMPLETED BY EACH CLUB ON A YEARLY BASIS
Applicationto the Council for Membership shall be made in writing to the Recording Secretary of the Council (see contacts page for recording secretary contact info). The application shall be signed by that applicant Club President, Secretary and other duly authorized executive Officer or Officer(s) of that applicant Member Club. The application must accompany
a copy of the applicant clubs constitution and/or bylaws and
proof of not-for-profit status with the state of CT
Admission will be by Vote of the Ct Ski Council Board. The recording secretary will confirm all is needed in the request and bring the application to the Board for a vote. The request will be reviewed and voted on at a Business Meeting. A Vote to admit and applicant member club requires 30 days written notice to the Member clubs of the Council.
An admitted club will be on probation for one fiscal year with no voting privileges or access to bulk ticket purchases. Clubs accepted to the council will have sticker admitted during the probationary year.
