Final Planning Meeting – 14Nov2018
Hello Everyone,
We’re one week away.. the final countdown!
It is imperative that everyone please be present at our final SnowBall Planning Team Meeting this upcoming Tuesday, November 14 2017 at 6:45 sharp!
We will review and clarify the structure for managing the flow of raffle ticket sales, money counting, ticket barrel drawing, raffle Room assembly as well as as gift inventory. I need a finalized list of the individuals that will be working with us that evening in addition to their time frame. We have over 202 individual prizes as of today that will be among the Door Prizes, Grand Raffle Prizes, Ambassador Gifts, and General Raffle. We believe that more will be coming in at the regular CSC Meeting this week! We expect to take in at least $6000.00 in raffle ticket sales and hopefully more. The prizes are amazing!
Remember… every ski club is called upon only once in three years to assist with the overal management of the SnowBall. This is a club duty that all clubs must perform as upheld within our CSC Constitution. Many hands make light work. The SnowBall is the sole fund raiser of the CSC and all of us get so much in return. Let’s get ready to Shake It Up!

Snowball Committees Meeting
Oct 10, 2017 – Snowball Committees Meeting: To all the Committees that are planning, organizing, and helping for this year’s Snowball, there will be an important meeting PRIOR to our regular CSC meeting to be held on October 10, 2017 at the Back Nine, 630 pm
Ambassador Reception
October 22, 2017-Ambassador Reception for this year’s 2017 Ambassadors, to be held at Bob and Kristine Kaczmarczyk’s home, 48 Duncaster Road, Bloomfield, CT 06002 from 12-4pm. Ambassadors please bring your completed information forms, Ticket log sheet, one check for the total, unsold tickets, raffle gifts from your club, dress in your” Sunday best” for photos, bring your enthusiasm for the friendly Ambassador Day competition, and invite your Club’s previous Ambassador as your escort.

Raffle Donation Letter
Clubs and individuals may use this letter (click here) when soliciting locally for the Raffle. Any member of the CSC is welcome to download and make use of it when soliciting gifts for our raffle.
